Algernon v3
Algernon was reimplemented in 1996 using the Algernon Abstract Machine:
a rule compiler and abstract machine. In this version, rules and paths
are compiled into an assembly-level code and executed on the abstract
machine. The new version, v3.x, has some relatively minor differences
from earlier versions of Algernon. This document explains the differences
as well as documenting various aspects of version 3.

to Algernon or a technical overview
