About me
I am currently an MS in CS student at UT Austin passionate about applying Machine Learning to innovate solutions to current challenges in the industry.
Through my research, I investigated the predictive value of protein/peptide concentrations in forecasting the progression of Parkinson's disease by applying longitudinal data analysis on protein/peptide concentrations in human cerebrospinal fluid.
In my NLP course project, mLANKA, I extended the LAMA (an NLP framework) to investigate the efficacy of large language models as multi-lingual knowledge bases for factual knowledge retrieval.
