UT Austin Villa @ RoboCup Humanoid League
Team Introduction
The UT Austin Villa team, led by Prof. Peter Stone and Prof. Joydeep Biswas at the University of Texas at Austin, hopes to compete in the RoboCup Humanoid League. Named after the prominent English football club Aston Villa, the UT Austin Villa team boasts a long history in RoboCup competitions. They began their journey in 2003 with the Legged League, later transitioning to both the Simulation League and the Standard Platform League in 2008. This year, the team is excited to participate the Humanoid League with the remarkable Booster T1 robot, made possible by the generous sponsorship of Booster Robotics.
