The lecture notes for this class contain over 100 problems.  We will
address many -- maybe half -- of these problems during this course.
The student that solves all of these problems successfully will be a
successful student.

This assignment has a 1-week time period!

With Homework 3, we will return to the initial homework assignment
pattern, where new homework will be assigned on a Tuesday, and due
nine days later on a Thursday.  Homework will assigned for the first
half of the semester.  Once you have a class project, your should
invest your time there.

This homework asks for solutions to problems 30 -- 38.  The key issue
in this assignment is to understand the Principle of Structural
Recursion -- and then apply your understanding to the homework
problems.
