Change-vl-property

Modifying constructor for vl-property structures.

Syntax

(change-vl-property x 
                    [:name <name>] 
                    [:ports <ports>] 
                    [:decls <decls>] 
                    [:spec <spec>] 
                    [:loc <loc>]) 

This is an often useful alternative to make-vl-property.

We construct a new vl-property structure that is a copy of x, except that you can explicitly change some particular fields. Any fields you don't mention just keep their values from x.
