Vl-vardeclassign-p

Temporary structure used when parsing variable declarations.

(vl-vardeclassign-p x) is a defaggregate of the following fields.

• id — Invariant (stringp id).
• dims — BOZO not sufficiently general.
      Invariant (vl-packeddimensionlist-p dims).
• expr — BOZO not sufficiently general.
      Invariant (vl-maybe-expr-p expr).

This captures something like a variable_type from Verilog-2005:

variable_type ::= identifier { range }
                | identifier '=' expression

Or variable_decl_assignment from SystemVerilog-2012, except that BOZO we don't yet support new sorts of stuff or certain kinds of dimensions.
