Defthm-lambda

defthm-lambda is deprecated. Please see defthmrp, add-rp-rule, or lambda-opt for relevant topics.

The defthm-lambda utility used to be used for lambda-opt in the calls of defthmrp and add-rp-rule. After restructuring the program, we deprecated the defthm-lambda utility.
