Fixtype of escape sequences [C:6.4.4.4] [C:A.1.5].

This is a tagged union type, introduced by fty::deftagsum.

This corresponds to escape-sequence in the grammar in [C]. For a hexadecimal escape sequence, we use lists of hexadecimal digit characters, which correspond to hexadecimal-escape-sequence without the implicit \x prefix.
