This is a product type introduced by fty::defprod.
This corresponds to parameter-declaration in the grammar in [C]. In our abstract syntax, this is defined as consisting of declaration specifiers followed by a parameter declarator; see paramdeclor for a description and motivation for this notion of parameter declarator.
