Print a GCC attribute.

- attr — Guard (attribp attr).
- pstate — Guard (pristatep pstate).

- new-pstate — Type (pristatep new-pstate).
Since our unambiguity predicates currently do not include attributes,
here we perform a run-time check on the expressions.
