Fixtype of abstract function declarators [C:6.7.7].
This is a tagged union type, introduced by fty::deftagsum.
The relation between this fixtype and fun-declor is analogous to the one between obj-adeclor and obj-declor. Namely, an abstract function declarator is a function declarator without the name.
