Mt. Richthofen is seen looking SE from Lake Agnes. Lake Agnes is west of Rocky Mountain National Park in a Colorado State Park area. The route up Mt. Richthofen from here is to ascend to the saddle at right, then climb near the ridgeline to the summit.
