Splats

A Splat defines a discrete task. Tasks can be executed sequentially, or in parallel. Tasks have different methods that define how to carry on the task. A task can be described in terms of subtasks. A Task can be stopped at any time. The Splat system gives you the above functionality. Next we provide a brief introduction to the Splat system. The reader is refer to
