Here are the materials (problem statements, sample data files, judges data files, and suggested solutions) from the 2007 pilot of the hands on programming competition District A and District B. Data is contained in zip file format.

Information for districts participating in the pilot of the hands on programming contest at the district meets 2007.  I am also posting the non confidential materials here as well. All materials are either pdf or text format.

• A guide for the contest director. A comprehensive look at what is required to set up and run a hands on programming contest.
• Instructions for installing the judging environment. UIL is providing an environment for judging the contest. You are not required to use this environment, but it has worked well at past regional meets.
• Instructions for using the judging environment.
• Instructions for using the provided scoring program.
• A copy of a run sheet.
• A copy of an acceptance form.
• A copy of a clarification form.
• A copy of the dry run problem.
• A suggested solution to the dry run problem.
