I spent a lot of time working on my algorithms homework, moving, and setting up for AWM's first "Follow an AWMie" Day (where we tour prospective math majors around campus and take them to our classes -- heavily based off of WiCS's "Follow the Leader" Day)!
Just time, right now. I got a lot of big issues taken care of and had a nice heart-to-heart, so I feel like I'm mentally back on track now. So right now I just need to set aside some time to work and get things done! I really want to get more done.

It's a lot of stuff, so some of the work might roll over to the next week. I'm so excited for the end of the spring term! I really am looking forward to the summer.
I think it came at a very good time (since we're going to be making abstract classes for our current OOP project). Even though the paper used Java examples (and the OOP class is in C++), it was a really good refresher on good design and
I was initially very intimidated by the thought of having to add an allocator to our vector class, so I really appreciate having the uninitialized fill, destroy, and copy methods pre-written for us in our previous exercise. I still feel a bit confused with when to use
I got a big personal problem taken care of this week and went home to visit my family. I really, really enjoyed relaxing with my parents and coffee shop crawling with them! I've also recieved a lot of support from my friends lately, so I want to invest more of my time back into them.
I poached this from Risa's OOP blog post for this week since it was so useful and relevant for this week in particular (in OOP)! Here's An Intro to C++ Abstract Classes by IBM.
