ACL2s-updating-windows
Update instructions for ACL2s on Windows
- Open up an unprivileged PowerShell or Command Prompt instance (e.g. by searching for PowerShell in the start menu and clicking on the PowerShell search result) and run wsl -d acl2s -e /bin/bash --noprofile -c "/home/linuxbrew/.linuxbrew/bin/brew update && /home/linuxbrew/.linuxbrew/bin/brew upgrade acl2s". If this fails with an error message like "There is no distribution with the supplied name", try running that command in a privileged PowerShell or Command Prompt (e.g. by searching for PowerShell in the start menu, right clicking the appropriate search result, and selecting Run as administrator).
- After this command completes and returns you to the normal PowerShell/Command Prompt prompt, you can then close the PowerShell or Command Prompt window that you opened up.
- Follow the ACL2s-updating-macos-or-linux instructions, starting from Step 2.
