Standard-char-p
Recognizer for standard characters
(Standard-char-p x) is true if and only if x is a
``standard'' character, i.e., a member of the list *standard-chars*.
This list includes #\Newline and #\Space characters, as
well as the usual punctuation and alphanumeric characters.
Standard-char-p has a guard requiring its argument to be a
character.
