Frequently, a given view merely shifts position with respect to its current view of a given object. This is facilitated by the call place HR here
place HR here The number of entries that each boundary is to be shifted is indicated by the various parameters. For the left and right boundary, the positive direction is to the right. A negative value shifts these boundaries to the left. For the top and bottom boundary, the positive direction is downward. A negative value shifts these boundaries upward.
