Assistant Professor Michael Walfish was selected as a 2012 Intel Early Career Faculty Honor Program award recipient. This award will fund Walfish's work on systems that allow people to use computer resources without having to trust that those resources operate correctly.
For the inaugural year of this program, Intel solicited nominations from 33 top international technical universities with 20 recipients selected from a large pool of nominees. The annual award is designed to promote the careers of promising early career faculty members and to foster long-term collaborative relationships.
